About Us

Y.E.S., Inc. (Your Empowerment Source) is the initial vision of Sandra Scott. Her ideal was to create an organization that would provide services that deal primarily with displaced or emotionally and/or physically abused women and children.

This plan could only be successful with the help of area churches and outreach program based organizations. Y.E.S., Inc. will provide help in locating alternative shelter for the abused, and seek references to different organizations based on need in the case of spousal abuse. Y.E.S., Inc. will provide spiritually enriching self-esteem workshops, help in obtaining employment and find financial aid for higher education in the unemployed, under-employed, abused, or displaced homemaker.

This organization will also provide information on health tips for dieting, losing weight and maintaining an overall physically fit physique. Y.E.S., Inc. will eventually provide before and after school services for children, a learning center and programs geared toward instilling dignity and hope into the lives of poverty stricken children.
